Refreshing, slightly bitter, and subtly sweet taste. It features the bright citrus and herbal notes of Aperitivo that is very similar to Aperol.

Flavours of deep blood orange, gentian and rhubarbs. This spritz is balanced by the crispness of sparkling wine (Prosecco) and soda water, adding a bubbly, effervescent quality.

Overall, it provides a light, invigorating, and slightly bitter-sweet flavor profile that's both aromatic and refreshing.

Aperitivo Spritz - Zero Sugar: 8.9% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
