Our bees forage in pristine, remote areas of Taranaki while the Manuka is flowering, and we manage 100% of the production operations. This is our high-range 550+MGO Manuka Honey, which equates to a 16+NPA (Non-Peroxide Activity) scale. We are a closely-held honey producer with limited annual production. Our honey is produced in small batches, and each batch can be traced to its specific origin. Our methylglyoxal levels are independently tested and we make our test records available upon request.
