"Drift and Root 4" is a fusion of geometric abstraction and organic craft, where crochet, collage, banana paper, and beads embody both movement and rootedness.

Vividly textured passages in deep purples, blues, and greens are punctuated with circular motifs—some tufted in vibrant yarn, others collaged with patterned papers, banana paper, or painted in gem-like facets. These circles cluster and drift across the surface like constellations, cells, or blossoms, suggesting both cosmic and organic rhythms. On the left, a radiant circular form edged with translucent fibers glows in layers of violet, white, and maroon, evoking at once a blooming flower and a celestial lens. Striped bands of red, white, and black introduce directional energy, while iridescent fringe and layered textures extend the edges, softening the geometry into a more organic field.
