- Kit includes 2 wheels, 7" Black Plastic with 1.5" Rubber Diamond Tread, 3/8" axle bore. Also includes 2 Push-On 3/8" Decorative Black Plastic Pal Nuts, designed to fit 3/8" axle shaft. Axle caps are press-fit, no special tools required.
